Online Payment Change
Dear Customers:
Water District #1 has changed our credit card processor. You will still access online billing the same way from the menu on this website. When you get to the new processing screen, you click on pay under “Pay a Bill” and then click on Utility Billing and then search by location ID (account number), Name, Address, or Parcel Number. Once your address comes up click on “Review & Pay” This will show you your current bill and allow you to pay it. If you wish to see your history, you can click on “Advanced Record Search” on the main page, click on Utility Billing and then search for your account. IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR CHECKING ACCOUNT SETUP FOR PAYMENTS ON OUR OLD SYSTEM, YOU WILL HAVE TO REDO THIS ON THE NEW SYSTEM. If you are setup for ACH (you filled out the form and gave it to us) then no changes are necessary. You may also make payments with credit/debit cards with our automated system by calling 989-439-8471. You will need your Location ID (Account Number) to find accounts this way and pay them. As always, you are welcome to call our main office number at 989-687-2709 and we can take your credit/debit card over the phone.
