Charges for water and services are based upon the number of thousand gallons that pass through the meter in a billing period, a Readiness to Serve fee based on meter size, a Local Unit fee determined by your Local Government, and any other service charges that may be incurred.

In order to prepare the water bills, each water meter is read four times a year – approximately two weeks before the bills are sent out.

Bills are sent to each customer four times a year and are due in the months of March, June, September, and December.

Multi-Unit Factor applies: Number of Units x LU fee established by Local Government.

Lincoln Twsp. $7.50 per unit

Jerome Twsp. $10.00 per unit

Office Location: 246 E. Price Road, Midland, MI 48642 (Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12 noon and 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.)

After Hours: Drop-box at Water District No. 1 gate

Auto Draft is available: Payment is taken from the customer’s checking or savings account. Forms are located under Customer Links (contact office for questions 687-2709)
